We leased MOUNT VERNON to Virginia Rail Investment.
They operated a trip with their KITCHI GAMMI CLUB and MOUNT VERNON from
New York to Lone Star Rails 2008 - the National Railway Historical Society
2008 convention - and return. While at the convention, the two cars
were leased to the convention trip commitee for use in their BNSF mainline
excursion, the "Quanah Zephyr", from Fort Worth to Quanah
and return.
MOUNT VERNON is the second of six private cars traveling on Amtrak
train #21, The Texas Eagle,
pictured at Joliet, enroute from Chicago to Fort Worth for Lone Star
Rails 2008. From forward to rear

NYC 38, HENRY HUDSON and GOLDEN SHORE.
